Welcome to SAFAR Studio. These Terms of Service govern your engagement with our agency, covering design tokens delivery, website development cycles, and automation server integrations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By initiating project briefs, signing proposals, or navigating this website, you confirm acceptance of these terms and agree to abide by our operational agreements.
2. Services Offered
SAFAR Studio delivers bespoke design, branding, custom website development, and business automation workflows. Every engagement operates under a specific statement of work (SOW) documenting scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Payment Terms
Fees for bespoke services are detailed in project proposals. Milestone payments (typically upfront deposit + progress payments + final launch release) must be paid according to scheduled SOW dates to prevent delays.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final milestone payments, ownership of final design elements, website codebases, and custom automation scripts transfers to the client. Safar Studio retains the right to display project representations in our portfolios.
5. Limitation of Liability
SAFAR Studio provides services “as is”. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as server downtime, automation delays, or loss of client profits) arising from service usage.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these agreements shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of India.
